Avoid Direct Sunlight –

Refrain from sunlight -staying out of the sun during the six hours of intense sunrays between 10 a.m to 4 p.m is suggested if you want to prevent wrinkles. During this time period, radiation is the most powerful.

To prevent wrinkles caused because of sunrays stay out of the sun, particularly between 10a.m-4p.m., when it is almost directly overhead and UV radiation is strongest. Stay in the shade as far as possible. And wear protective clothes and plenty of sunscreens.

Use Sunscreen –

Strive to use sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before stepping outside. Sunscreen should always be reapplied with water after contact or after sweating. Sunscreen also should worn year-round every time you leave the house. Shop for the sunscreen that blocks against UVB and UVA rays both believed to induce skin cancer.

Use Astringents –

Oily skin requires an astringent toner. An astringent helps reduce oiliness. Wipe the skin many times per day with it. You combine it with rose water in equal amounts and can buy an astringent cream. Keep it in a bottle in the refrigerator. This makes a good astringent-toner for oily skins.

Use Skin Tonic –

Carry skin tonic rose so that you may use it whenever your skin feels greasy and sweaty if you are out during the day. Although a rose or lavender based tonic can be beneficial for the skin wet tissues are also available for its purpose.

Use Cleansers –

Cleansing of skin before bedtime, through the night, is more significant. Pollutants and the dirt, which deposits throughout the day on the skin, should be removed. This helps to reduce surface oil but also protects skin from other eruptions and pimples, spots.
